Continuous new experiments are done on precious, Semi-precious Gemstone and Diamond in various ways to enhance them, some times which is not possible to dectect by experience or “Gem testing laboratories” by using current available facilities. Even though we always try to provide only Natural Gemstones, but in future if lab techonology improved then any Gemstones or Diamond can be found “treated”. This possibility cannot be denied.
If you are not satisfied with any of the Gemstone sold by us then do not attempt to mount the Gemstone in any metal, you can get back 80% of the remaining value by deducting GST from your payment within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the Gemstone remain intact along with packing material & sales documents, these all should be presented in our office by purcheser.
The decision to return the gemstone will depend entirely on the discretion of the seller. If any gemstone is returned by the buyer to the seller under the above conditions, then the buyer will provide a minimum of 20 days time for the refund of whatever value of the said Gemstone from the deposit date of that Gemstone.
To check the veracity of gems and treatment for any kind of enhancement various institutes of the country and abroad operate their own gems laboratories, some are also available in specific
laboratories for specific gems, by us the best laboratory only the choice is made, but due to the ability of different laboratories, working efficiency and technology, Opinion of any other laboratory may be different for same Gemstone.
After examining each gemstone by the government recognized gemstone & jewelery appraiser of precious metal and Diamond the prevailing market value of the said gemstone is determined
by the fair market value so that the right gemstone can be made available to the customer at a reasonable price.
Due to the availability of many gemstones of different quality of similar weight in this large market , a laboratory certificate can be misused with any other similar gemstone. That is why Gems Lab issues its certificate with instructions like “not valid for legal purpose”.
In today's lifestyle, various types of chemical toiletries, such as oils, creams, powders, medicines, lotions, soaps, hair-colors, etc., are being used consistently in daily life, due to which the gems worn are spoiled. it can have the advorce effect on gems , as a result of which the color of the gemstone and weight can change from time to time.
Since ancient times mankind has been benefiting from various types of para scientific powers such as astrology, palmistry, vastu etc. Continuous research work on the mysteries of life has been going on since ancient times, which gives the way of solving all the problems in future. It is our belief that it will continue to be available. Even after the seller has unwavering faith in all these genres, the seller is not in any way does not promote superstition and having to hold gem that has no responsibility for the seller to profit or loss of any kind.
After purchasing any goods by the customer, facilities like cash, debit card, credit card, e-payment are available for payment of its value, if the customer chooses the mode of payment through bank or by check then Sales goods will be handover to buyer only after the payment amount comes to the seller's account.
If the buyer expresses his desire to inlay any metal with the gemstone, the seller will have to pay the first price for the said arrangement, which will depend on the market price of the metal at that time and the cost of making it. The price of the gemstone inscribed by the seller does not include any type of jewelery, metal and making costs.
